General Terms and Conditions

§ 1) Validity
The general terms and conditions apply to all business relations between PEZ-Hunter and its customers. When placing an order, you confirm that you have read the general terms and conditions and agree to them. The mere viewing of our website is non-binding and does not establish a legal relationship.

§ 2) Offer
All prices are quoted in the currency chosen by the customer. The listed prices, product illustrations and product descriptions are without guarantee. Delivery times, availability and errors excepted.

§ 3) Delivery periods
Products which we have in stock are processed by us immediately after receipt of the order; other products are ordered from suppliers. The ordered products will be delivered as agreed with the customer. Delays due to non-availability from suppliers or missing information from the customer shall not give rise to any claims on the part of the customer.

§ 4) Shipping
The shipping costs are calculated according to package weight and shown accordingly in the order process.

§ 5) Payment
Payment for goods ordered from PEZ-Hunter is made in advance.

§ 6) Guarantee
The supplier undertakes to take care and deliver the products in good quality. The warranty period is one year.
Excluded from the warranty are defects and faults for which the supplier is not responsible, such as natural wear and tear, force majeure, improper handling, intervention by the customer or third parties, excessive use, unsuitable equipment or extreme environmental influences.

§ 7) Right of return
Products with quality defects may be returned to us at your own expense within 7 days in unused, perfect condition and in their original packaging, subject to prior agreement.

§ 8) Legal notice
The place of jurisdiction is 8637 Laupen. Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
